SELLOFFVACATIONS.COM IS IT A SCAM?

( 1-877-SellOff (735-5633)

I think many of you already heard of Selloffvacations, as there are many reviews available on the internet. However, I found many reviews sounding like complaints. Not only on the internet, I heard complaint about SELLOFFVACATIONS.COM, even from one of my friends. The only good thing pointed out in a review was that they offer cheap deals, but I think that’s just a foil effort to make people believe them. The reason is they totally failed to provide any customer service or other services to their customers. Like anyone around, I was also ecstatic about SELLOFFVACATIONS, but after getting informed of the warning from various sources, I realized that this company is a total scam. Regarding this, I am going to share my friend’s experience with you. Hope it will make some sense why SELLOFFVACATIONS.COM shouldn’t be preferred in the first place. At first, I had no idea how bad could it be when it comes to customer service. But as my friend progressed, everything seemed crystal clear to me. Finally, SELLOFFVACATIONS.COM seemed like a rip-off rather than a business to me.

My friend, Dean, used only word about the customer service of SELLOFFVACATIONS -terrible. He booked a complete package consisting flight and hotel deals on SELLOFFVACATIONS.COM, on the same day confirmation mail, invoice of ticket, and the amount going to be charged were sent to him. It was all good until a SELLOFFVACATIONS official called and asked whether he booked a flight on SELLOFFVACATIONS.COM   As he replied ‘Yes’, the lady told him to sent back the email to her. The mail was sent by SELLOFFVACATIONS, so why they need it to be sent back to them rather than getting it from their database? He asked himself. He decided to do some checking over the lady. Instantly, he called SELLOFFVACATIONS customer support and explained everything told by the lady. According to the operator, this is normal to get such calls from them. Therefore, he called back the lady but there was no reply saying the lady is in a break for while. 10 minutes later, he retried but yet no response. He gave it a last try after 20 minutes, this time he was told that the lady had has gone home for the day.

Next day, he went to the SELLOFFVACATIONS branch office near him. Finally he met the lady; for some reason, his ticket wasn’t booked and he has to collect it by paying extra $500, said the lady!!! What the hack! In his credit card’s transactions list, the price of the ticket was already credited. As well as that she cancelled his booking for hotel, because he failed to resent the confirmation detail on the day she asked for! She has nothing to do with it, it’s my friend’s fault, she added. How irony!!

He felt like he was in a pit; went back home, he retried booking online. Now, the webpage started showing error. He called SELLOFFVACATIONS, there he was kept waiting for almost 10 minutes by saying let us see what could be done. Finally, the agent cut the line and before that she told to try again the next morning. OMG!!! What the hell is wrong with these guys? Don’t they know that he was supposed to leave just two days later? Or SELLOFFVACATIONS doesn’t simply care?

By that time, my friend understood that SELLOFFVACATIONS is a complete scam. They have just opened up a random company to steal money from people. At any rate, the tour was really important for my pal. He abruptly took another package from a prominent company, and made it anyway. Nonetheless, SELLOFFVACATIONS cost him both time and money.

By now you have got clear idea about SELLOFFVACATIONS.COM, I hope. Furthermore, you don’t get any compensation when your deal with this company. Dean was shocked to experience such scam, he just felt humiliated. He was supposed to accomplish some official tasks and then pass a wonderful holiday. Instead, he went through some bad and stressing moments.

If you are considering SELLOFFVACATIONS for your complete booking, then reevaluate your decision. You may still get attracted to their lucrative and cheap offers, but tell me, is it any good when you end up losing your precious time and money?
